Toyo Pigmented Sealer is a vegetable oil-based coating designed to protect lithographic print from the abrasive effects of matt / silk-coated papers and boards. The formulation has been designed to maximise performance on high-speed perfecting presses and it has a proven record on all press types.

Pigmented Sealer can be used in-line or off-line, dry offset or litho and may be applied as a spot or all over solid.

White Non-Yellowing Finish | Duct Stable | Neutral finish | Excellent resistance to marking | Low tack and Fast Setting | 

Substrate Compatibility

All coated and uncoated paper and board (Suitability tests are always recommended)

It is recommended to test the suitability of Toyo Pigmented Sealer for lamination, foil blocking and spot U.V. varnishing before undertaking a full production run as many variables can affect the end results.
