Via Our Website:
To place your order, simply log into your account, use our filter tool or search for the product you require, select the correct options & add to your basket! Once you have completed your order, head to the check out page to input your delivery address and select your delivery options and check out using debit or credit card, or a pay in 3 with Iwoca pay.

Payment Processing
All debit card transactions are securely processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By entering your debit card information, you authorize Stripe to process the payment for the purchase of goods or services from Your Print Specialists
Iwoca Pay
iwoca Pay in 3 allow customers to split payments into three equal, interest-free installments, making purchases more manageable. Each payment method comes with its own terms and conditions related to fees, refund policies, and eligibility criteria, which consumers should understand before committing to a purchase.
Pay by Bank
Bank transfer payments allow you to pay for goods or services by directly transferring funds from your bank account to our designated account. Upon selecting this payment option, you will be provided with the necessary bank account details, including the account name, account number, sort code, and bank name.
Credit accounts
To discuss opening a credit account with us, please call the office on 0191 256 6889 to discuss this option further. Currently, payment via credit account isn’t available on our website.

Peace of mind for delivery & returns.
Delivery options
Next day delivery available on orders placed before 3pm. Subject to stock levels & availability. Orders placed on a Friday will be arranged for delivery on Monday, or orders processed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Free next day delivery
available on all orders over £500 *excluding vat.
Standard next day delivery
Standard delivery charges will be applied to all orders under £500 *excluding vat.
Delivery charges can differ per product, delivery options & address. For accurate delivery costs please check your basket once you have completed your order.
Returns
Our returns policy allows peace of mind for customers by offering returns reported within 48 hours of delivery to you, provided that the product is in unused, original condition with all packaging and labels intact. The order must be returned within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team on info@yourprintspecialists.co.uk with your order details and the reason for return. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly dispatched.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method, typically within [TBC] business days. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note, some items are subject to a restocking fee. This can differ per product and Your Print Specialists withhold the right to charge the applicable restocking fee for that product.

Cancellations of orders:
To cancel your order, this must be done before dispatch. To inform us of a cancellation, please reach out to our support team on info@yourprintspecialists.co.uk and we can advise you on the status of your order. If your order has been dispatched, this will then class as a return please refer to our return policy for further information. Please note that the refund process will differ depending on the payment method.
