Meet the Team

Garry is renowned in the world of wide-format digital ink-jet for his extensive technical knowledge with 48 years experience. To the point where even other suppliers call and ask for his advice! Formerly a litho printer and regional sales director at Sun Chemical.

Garry established Your Print Specialists in February 2009 with the mission of building a one-stop-shop ‘supply’ business to serve the lithographic, digital wide format, and screen-printing sectors.

Having joined the company in 2014, Georgia quickly established her role within the sales department being appointed Sales Director in 2017, which saw Georgia overseeing the day to day operations and ensuring YPS remained focused on meeting the needs and goals of our customers. 

Georgia's eye for detail and strong communication skills have resulted in her promotion to Managing Director.

Lauren joined YPS in 2016 having spent several years previously in various print roles working with Mimaki and Epson hardware. In the time Lauren has been at YPS she has excelled within her department. While also rapidly become a key member to our team.

As Creative Director, Lauren takes an active role within the YPS management team and continues to oversee the marketing for YPS as well Service and Sales Support.

Lauren brings years of experience to her role as Sales Director, having started with a strong foundation in customer service. Over her time at YPS, she transitioned from managing consumable sales to focusing on hardware support, gaining a deep understanding of both customer needs and product solutions.

Today, Lauren leads our sales strategy, working closely with our team to ensure smooth service, timely product delivery, and continued growth.

Rob Holmes joined the team in 2013. Specifically responsible for business development in relation to screen and litho.

Rob has over 30 years experience in the print industry working for Sun Chemical for over 25 years as a Senior Account Manager. He was personally responsible for developing over 12 million pounds worth of ink supply business per annum throughout the UK.

Before working for YPS Stuart spent 15 years at Coates Screen and Sun Chemicals in a multi-functional work environment. Stuart has developed a wide variety of skills such as Colour Matching, Technical Support and Screen Stretching. While also holding experience in other production and lab work.

Stuart has over 30 years of experience in the printing industry. Working in many different roles. However, here at YPS he is responsible for screen stretching, ink mixes and colour matching.

Megan joined us at the start of 2021 as our Administrative Apprentice. The first, friendly face you see when you enter YPS HQ, Megan is responsible for taking and fulfilling orders for ink and other consumables.

Since joining YPS, Megan has flourished in the role, while her apprenticeship gained her a further qualification in customer service & administration. Megan continues to build her knowledge of ink and media requirements as Consumables Administrative Assistant.

Shawn joined the YPS team at the beginning of 2024 as our Service Administrator. With a strong background in customer service, he is dedicated to helping our customers move from any problems to solutions with their hardware and software.
Since becoming part of our team, Shawn has gained valuable insights into the print industry and has been working hard to build his confidence and skills both in his core role, and additionally, printing.

Emma joined YPS in 2025 and has become an integral part of the team. From a background in account management, Emma oversees the day to day accounting tasks for YPS. Emma makes sure that orders and accounts are spot on so that every YPS customer gets the best possible experience.
