Printer installations usually take 1-2 days but do vary depending on the machine. Once an installation date has been confirmed, a site survey will be requested to ensure there are no issues prior to install. Our Service Administrator will also confirm pc spec and if any media is required for installation.

Full training is provided onsite by the engineer after the installation of the machine. A training checklist completed by the attending engineer ensures that you can begin production immediately. Training includes RIP software, print and cut (where applicable) and maintenance modules. Following installation training, the YPS Service team is just a phone call away should you have any questions.

If you need additional training or just a refresher, we can arrange it at your convenience. Training is available either on-site or at the YPS Creative Centre, depending on the machine

YPS also offers training as part of the Your Print Institute initiative. View available courses at Your Print Institute. Courses are held at Your Print Specialists just outside of Newcastle and are led by one of the service engineers.
