Delivery Policy

Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched for next (working) day delivery. Furthermore, orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day. Please see Terms and Conditions for full details.

Returns Policy

My order hasn’t arrived in perfect condition. What can I do?

We’re sorry that your order has not arrived in perfect condition. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery so we can investigate this for you and arrange a replacement.

I have ordered a product in error and it is not needed.

Please check your order confirmation and notify us immediately if an item has been ordered in error. After dispatch, items ordered in error may be returned but are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
