  The Epson SureColor SC-F6400H is a 44" dye-sublimation printer designed for textile and rigid substrate production. With speeds of up to 38.8m² per hour, it is easy to create high-quality textiles quickly and efficiently. The SureColor SC-F6400H has a 6 colour ink configuration with CMYHDK with either Light Cyan and Light Magenta, Fluorescent Yellow and Pink or Orange and Violet.

Ultrachrome DS Inks

The SC-F6400H uses UltraChrome DS inks in a six colour configuration of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and High Density Black plus two additional colours depending on customer requirements. Choose from Light Cyan and Light Magenta, Fluorescent Yellow and Pink and Orange and Violet. When combined with a wide CMYK input profile ensure the maximum possible colour gamut for accurate reproduction of designs. The printer also has Oeko-Tex Eco passport certification. Meaning that any clothing and textiles produced on the printer using UltraChrome DS inks are completely safe to wear. Ink packs are an impressive 1.6L which are 45% larger than previous inks for this series. These help reduce replacement frequency as well as reduce downtime. An added bonus is the ink packs only need to be shaken and inserted compared to the previous method of stir and pouring into the ink tank.  

Epson Edge Print Pro

Designed exclusively to work with Epson printer hardware and ink, Epson Edge Print software offers enhanced control of the print output. As RIP software, it will allow you to use features such as step and repeat, tiling, nesting, copy, and trimming. Epson Edge Print works alongside other Epson software. Such as Control Dashboard which allows you to set up custom print settings and Epson’s LFP Accounting Tool. which helps you calculate the value of each print. Edge Print also enables the ability to download over 250 media profiles, free of charge, ensuring the optimal print settings are achieved for your prints. No specialist tool or knowledge is required allowing the business to be up and running as soon as possible.
