The 64” MG2-640 UV printer uses the latest Eco-UV EUV5 inks for exceptional and premium value printing. With several ink configurations including gloss and white options, the MG2 series offers complete flexibility for your print applications. The MG2 Series is engineered for maximum productivity, combining advanced technology with high-speed performance, outstanding print quality, and reliable operation. A new cloth wiper reduces maintenance time with a dedicated cleaning liquid eliminating the need for daily maintenance and operator intervention.
Thanks to a simplified production workflow, operators can select and print VersaWorks jobs directly from the printer panel, simplifying day-to-day production. This is particular useful for repeat orders or reprints.
The Roland MG2-640 offers advance multi layer printing with up to 5 layer printing possible in a single pass. 3 layer print, 4 layer day/night prints and 5 layer print for textured or blockout prints are all possible without the need for media pull back.
