The new Mimaki TxF330-800 is an 800mm direct to film printer for high production printing. The TxF330-800 brings robust, consistent, continuous printing to Mimaki’s direct-to-film (DTF) product range. This latest DTF system offers customers automated maintenance, a 16-cartridge ink system with expanded white ink capacity and higher speeds to perform in demanding production environments.
The TxF330-800 offers 1.5x higher productivity compared to previous models and up to 11.5m²/h production speeds, making it incredibly efficient. With automated maintenance, white ink circulation and Uninterrupted Ink Supply System (UISS) helping reduce operator intervention and keep production on track.
Designed to deliver stable, high-quality output over extended production runs, the printer combines automated maintenance with increased white ink capacity and support for longer, uninterrupted printing. Available with a choice of 4 colour plus white or 6 colour plus white ink configurations. New Sky Blue and Pale Pink inks expand the printer’s colour gamut, delivering richer colours, smoother gradients and more accurate reproduction of both cool and warm tones.
DTF transfers can be applied to a wide range of materials including nylon, polyester, cotton, denim, leathers and more. This makes it possible to create stunning bespoke and personalised items for fashion, workwear, school wear, promotional purposes and more. Adding DTF printing to your print services can open up new revenue streams for both existing and new customers.
