The Mimaki CJV200 Series is the next generation of eco-solvent printer cutters from Mimaki, building upon the incredibly popular CJV150 Series.
The Basics…
The Mimaki CJV200 is available in three print widths - 800mm, 1361mm and 1610mm and is powered by Rasterlink 7, the standard Mimaki RIP software. The CJV200 offers both printing and cutting making it suitable for a wide range of applications including decals, stickers, posters, floor and wall graphics, exhibition graphics, car decals and so much more. The printer has 8 ink slots and is supplied with a choice of inksets and ink configurations depending on the application.

Alongside the CJV200 Series, Mimaki also launched two new ink sets allowing the user to choose which would be more suitable for their business, a sustainable solvent ink and a budget solvent ink. The sustainable SS22 ink is GBL-free, high performing and offers the option of an expanded colour gamut with 8 colours including orange. Budget friendly BS4 ink offers a high quality solution for those who are cost conscious and is available as a CMYK only solution. There is also the option for SS21 inks as used within the previous CJV range. Whichever ink set is chosen, Mimaki inks are GreenGUARD Gold certified making them acceptable for use in school and health facilities thanks to their low emissions.
The CJV200 Series is powered by Mimaki’s RIP software Rasterlink, which is supplied as standard with the printer. This RIP features tools to make adjustments to the artwork file such as tiling, step and repeat as well as enhanced variable data for creating personalised prints in a neat, user-friendly display. There is also the option to use Mimaki’s ink saving function which allows users to reduce ink usage by up to 43% whilst maintaining colour, quality and vibrancy.
